This role demands strategic thinking, technical expertise, and leadership to develop and implement digital solutions that enhance field operations, streamline processes, and drive performance improvements.Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership & Strategy: Define and execute digital strategies aligned with customer goals and field service needs in the oil and gas sector.Client Engagement: Serve as the primary contact for key clients, ensuring delivery of high-quality, tailored digital solutions.Project Oversight: Lead end-to-end digital project lifecycles, ensuring timely, budget-conscious, and scope-aligned execution.Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, clients, and technology partners to gather requirements and ensure successful solution deployment.Team Leadership: Foster a collaborative, high-performance team environment with strong leadership and mentoring.Innovation: Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends in oil and gas; recommend and implement enhancements.Training & Support: Develop and oversee training programs aligned with both tactical and strategic goals to ensure effective tool adoption.Your ProfileExperience: 15+ years in digital solution development, with at least 5 years in the oil and gas sector. Proven track record in leading digital transformation and large-scale initiatives.Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of digital technologies (software development, IoT, cloud).
