• Define and execute software engineering strategies aligned with organizational goals

• Collaborate with product managers, architects, and stakeholders to shape scalable solutions
• Champion agile methodologies and engineering best practices
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends
• Cultivate a high-performance, inclusive engineering culture
• Drive cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement
• Oversee resource planning, risk management, and performance tracking
• Advocate for engineering excellence and operational efficiency Your Profile
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
• 10–15 years of experience in software development and engineering leadership
• Proven expertise in strategic planning, technical decision-making, and team management
• Strong background in software architecture, agile delivery, and DevOps practices
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Experience with cloud-native architectures and enterprise-scale systems
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, microservices, and modern development frameworks
