Job Description

Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
8 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, C, C++, Java, JavaScript).
3 years of experience in a technical leadership role; overseeing projects, with 2 years of experience in a people management, supervision/team leadership role.
3 years of experience building or managing distributed systems or cloud infrastructure, with a focus on Kubernetes.

Preferred qualifications:

Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field.
Experience with search technologies like Elasticsearch or Pinecone.
Experience in Generative AI.
Ability to quickly grasp technical concepts with the understanding of complex inter-dependencies of a large-scale infrastructure.

Responsibilities

Help shape the technical direction, strategy, and roadmap for Agentspace infrastructure across a broad scope spanning connectors, Access Control List (ACLs), compliance, people and blended search.
Address challenging problems on scalability, latency, and quality.
Work with partner teams and Product Managers in developing a long-term product charter and technology roadmap.
Inspire and mentor the team, and foster a culture of respect, innovation, engineering excellence, with a sharp focus on customer success.
