Primary Responsibilities:

  • Ability to develop, deploy and support applications
  • Ability to work on AI/ML used cases
  • Monitor incident input pipelines and pick up Incidents on an availability basis
  • Follow up on alerts (email, text, phone, monitoring dashboards) and tickets created automatically or manually
  • Create Incident, Problem, and Change Tickets in ServiceNow as required
  • Access data from Monitoring, Error Logs, Queues, and Databases to analyze an Incident
  • Triage issues based on knowledge of applications and it’s infrastructure, and by using Play Books
  • Create/modify Play Books for Incident Triage on applications
  • Re-assign Incidents based on triage knowledge required
  • Communicate with Business and DEV teams as required for Triage and Root Cause Analysis
  • Suggest Improvements in Architecture, Design and Implementation of the applications to increase stability
  • Suggest Improvements in Monitoring and Application Logging
  • Ensure OPS SLAs are not being broken
  • Provide SME Triage and Root Cause Analysis in War Rooms
  • Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

  • Graduate degree or equivalent experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 10+ years of experience with operational projects that support excellent customer experience
  • Experience with DevOps methodologies and automation
  • Experience in healthcare application development
  • Knowledge of AI and machine learning
  • Proven excellent verbal and written communication skills
