Roles and Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and debug backend applications using Java technologies.
• Participate in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.
• Align engineering solutions with enterprise technology strategy and application requirements.
• Plan and implement procedures to improve efficiency and reliability of application integration technologies.
• Take ownership of technology assets managed by the team.
• Provide technical leadership across design, configuration, and implementation activities.
• Proactively monitor and manage application assets to ensure performance, availability, security, and capacity.
• Optimize operational efficiency, performance, and cost of application systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless system integration and delivery.

Skills Required:

• Strong hands-on experience in Core Java and backend development.
• Proficiency in designing scalable and high-performance backend systems.
• Experience in application integration and middleware technologies.
• Familiarity with IVR systems and IVR development concepts is advantageous.
• Strong understanding of system analysis, debugging, and performance optimization.
• Ability to lead technical initiatives and mentor development teams.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and stakeholder collaboration skills.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical/business field, or equivalent work experience.
