Software Engineer

We are looking to hire a Software Engineer (backend) @ Global B2B startup. They are automating compliance for multinationals. Their competitors are the Big Four accounting firms, who earn a combined $200b/yr in revenue.

What you'll do:

• Build out the core backend infrastructure that powers the entire product suite.
• Index the worlds regulations and build systems to query them efficiently.
• Implement, test, and deploy code to production quickly. Go from an idea in the morning to a fully-completed feature in prod before bed.
• Work in our modern tech stack Golang, node.js, postgres, AWS

They are a small, high-commitment team of 7 software engineers . Your work will be essential from day 1, and you'll need to hit the ground running. They work extremely hard. This is not a 9 to 5. Plan accordingly.

Requirements

This is a backend-heavy software engineering role. Experience architecting and implementing reliable and scalable backend systems is a must.

• 3+ years of experience in software engineering at reputable startup (Seed to Series-B)
• Experience building complex business logic at scale.
• Experience thinking like an SRE to improve uptime and latency.
• Golang or Node. js skills (or Java/similar transferable)
• Ability to make Terraform changes.
• Willingness to work in- person at the Koramangala office in Bangalore.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.

Compensation : 30-45 LPA + ESOPs
