Software Engineer

Were seeking a Back End Engineer with experience in Go and Python to help scale our infrastructure and data services.

What Youll Do

• A passion for building scalable AI agents
• Build scalable back-end services using Go and Python
• Design and deploy containerized microservices using Kubernetes
• Optimize graph database queries and models in Neo4j
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Clinical Ops
• Develop and maintain well-tested APIs with clear documentation
• Participate in Agile sprint cycles, code reviews, and product planning
• Contribute to CI/CD workflows in a cloud-native (GCP) environment

Required Experience:

• 3 to 10+ years of backend development experience working at a product-based company
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.) and M.Tech/M.E. from IIT, NIT, or equivalent top-tier institution.
• Strong hands-on experience with Go OR Python
• Experience with Databases as a programmer, i.e., Neo4j, MongoDB, SQL, etc
• Proficient with API development and testing (REST or GraphQL)

Bonus Points For

• Familiarity with React.js or frontend collaboration
• Experience with CI/CD & GCP
• A mindset of ownership , speed, and high-quality delivery in a startup setting

This role requires that you have 3 + years of experience working with SaaS Products.
