Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Technical Specialist with proficiency in Java and Oracle to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining advanced software solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the highest standards of technical excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement robust, scalable applications using Java and Oracle technologies.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing applications to optimize performance.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Perform thorough testing and validation to ensure application integrity and performance.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior developers and other team members.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of designs, implementations, and APIs.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in Java and Oracle development.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in Oracle PL/SQL development & Java support
• Expertise in PL/SQL programming and Oracle database management (including performance tuning and optimization).
• Experience with tools such as Eclipse, IntelliJ, NetBeans, and SQL Developer. Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
