Software Engineer

What You'll Be Doing

• Work on the complete product lifecycle: design, develop, build, and improve our software stack.
• Triage and debug complex issues.
• Improve system performance and build and customize existing infrastructure to enable tuning, debugging, and automation across workloads.
• Analyze performance bottlenecks and implement optimization techniques.
• Collaborate with various teams on new product features and improvements to our existing products.
• Managing features end-to-end

What We Need To See

• Strong programming skills in Python and/or Go.
• Experience with databases like MySQL and Postgres.
• Experience with distributed systems and messaging queues like Kafka.
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud-based deployment environment (AWS, GCP, Azure Cloud, etc. ).
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

What We'd Love To See

• Prior experience building and deploying Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Hands-on experience with LLM frameworks, specifically LangChain.
• Experience with System Software, Distributed Systems, or Backend development.
• Familiarity with Cloud technologies, DevOps, or Kubernetes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
