Communication Analytics to provide end-to-end insight for all multi-channel communications sent via Martech owned products. The BI capability include:

 

• Operational reporting/visualization across channels and BUs
• Rationalize and port relevant reporting capability
• Legacy Marketing communications App – Insights & reporting dashboards
• Out of the box reporting capability 
• Ad hoc/Self Service capability
• Export functionality of reporting data for further analysis by individual teams

 

The Skills that are Key to this role

Technical

• Experience in Reporting tool like Tableau/PowerBI/Qlik
• Hands-on experience in Database development, data analysis, building data pipelines, data wrangling and transformation using AWS Cloud technologies
• Proficiency in building ETL pipelines, designing data warehouses or data marts 
• Highly proficient in cloud bases DBs such as Snowflake, AWS Aurora (Postgres)
• Ability to write complex SQL logics.
• Experience in managing varied data volume, completeness, latency, and data quality 

 

Good to have technical skills: 

• Experience with DevOps or CI/CD Pipelines using Maven, Jenkins, uDeploy, Stash etc.
• Knowledge of Streaming technologies like Apache Kafka, AWS Kinesis and other AWS services such as S3, SQS, SNS or equivalent publisher/subscriber services. 

Behavioral

• You will need to demonstrate the ability to recognize urgency of issues and take appropriate steps to mitigate risks.
• You will need to be able to break down problems to plan and determine workable solutions
• Desire and ability to learn and implement new technologies

• Ability to effectively articulate and present ideas / technical design to appropriate audience.
• Marketing domain knowledge

The Expertise We’re Looking For

• 3-4 years of IT experience
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a technology related field (e.g., Engineering, Computer Science, etc.)
• Certifications – Any certification in snowflake, AWS

Shift timings: 11:00 am- 8:00pm
