What youll work on

• Building and scaling core SaaS products used by real customers globally
• Designing and shipping AI-powered features and agentic workflows
• Making pragmatic architecture decisions with a bias for clarity and speed
• Owning features end-to-end: design build deploy iterate
• Collaborating closely with founders, product, and ops teams

What were looking for

• 23 years of experience building production SaaS applications
• Strong fundamentals in backend systems, APIs, databases, and cloud
• Hands-on experience using AI / LLMs in real products (strong plus)
• An entrepreneurial mindset with high ownership
• Engineers who think in terms of systems and outcomes, not just tickets

Nice to have

• Experience launching agentic AI features or automations in production
• Startup or early-stage product exposure
• Using AI tools daily to move faster and build smarter
