Software Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Fullstack Developer with strong expertise in Java (Backend) and React (Frontend). The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance applications while ensuring seamless integration between backend services and dynamic user interfaces. You will collaborate with global teams and work on impactful projects within the insurance domain.

Exp: 4+ years

Budget: 23 lpa

Shift : 1pm-9 pm (Cab facility will be there) (3days wfo+2days wfh)

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable backend applications using Java and Spring Boot.
• Build responsive and interactive UI components using React, Redux, and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Design and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, testers, and product owners.
• Implement software best practices including CI/CD, code reviews, and unit testing.
• Troubleshoot production issues and optimize performance across the stack.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and technical documentation.

Required Technical Skills

• Backend: Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs
• Frontend: React, JavaScript/TypeScript, Redux, HTML5, CSS3
• Database: MySQL / PostgreSQL / Oracle (any)
• Version control using Git
• Experience with Agile / Scrum methodology
