Role Overview

We are looking for a Software Engineer with strong expertise in Java, Quarkus, and Apache Camel to build high-performance, cloud-native microservices and enterprise integration solutions. The role focuses on reactive programming, Kafka integrations, API development, and containerized deployments .

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop microservices using Quarkus and Java (JDK 11+).
• Build and maintain Apache Camel routes using Enterprise Integration Patterns (EIPs).
• Implement reactive programming using Mutiny / Vert.x.
• Integrate systems using Kafka, REST APIs, and databases .
• Develop persistence layers using Panache ORM .
• Configure services using MicroProfile Config, Fault Tolerance, and Dev Services .
• Containerize applications using Docker and deploy on Kubernetes/OpenShift .
• Collaborate with DevOps teams on CI/CD pipelines and deployments.
• Ensure performance, scalability, and reliability of services.
• Participate in code reviews and follow best coding practices.

Required Skills

• Strong Java development experience (JDK 11+ ).
• Hands-on experience with Quarkus Framework .
• Expertise in Apache Camel (routes, processors, endpoints, EIPs).
• Experience with Kafka , REST APIs, and database integrations.
• Knowledge of Reactive Programming (Mutiny / Vert.x).
• Understanding of MicroProfile standards.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or OpenShift .

Good to Have

• Experience with Camel K and Kubernetes Operators.
• CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins .
• Exposure to AWS, Azure, or GCP .
• Familiarity with GraalVM native builds .
