Software Engineer (PO)

Qualification Criteria:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, IT, Automobile Engineering, or related field
• 60% above in academics 

• As a Product Owner, own and prioritize the product backlog.
• Collaborate with system architects and stakeholders to align on technical vision and product goals.
• Ensure proactive communication within and across teams.
• Drive Agile practices (Scrum, SAFe) and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Make decisions on usability and product functionality.
• Gather and manage requirements and feature requests from stakeholders.
• Occasionally travel to collaborate with global teams.
• Experience with Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe).
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Requirement gathering and backlog refinement experience.

Good to Have: 

• Knowledge of ETL, Cloud platforms (e.g., AWS), and general Data 
• Management concepts.
• Automotive industry experience.
•  Certified Product Owner (e.g., CSPO).

Skill Set:

 • JIRA (Agile task management)

• Confluence (Documentation)

• MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)

• Conceptual understanding of modern data workflows
