Job Description
Tag QA Specialist Web Analytics
Key Responsibilities
- Perform end-to-end QA of web analytics implementations using Adobe Analytics.
- Validate page view, click, form, funnel, and custom event tracking across banking websites.
- QA and debug tags implemented via Adobe Launch, Ensighten, or other TMS tools .
- Validate data layer variables, context data, eVars, props, events, and classifications.
- Ensure data accuracy across environments (DEV, QA, UAT, PROD).
- Identify implementation gaps and recommend corrective actions or optimizations.
- Validate analytics behavior post releases, migrations (e.g., AppMeasurement to Web SDK), or site changes.
- Coordinate with developers, analytics engineers, and business stakeholders to resolve issues.
- Maintain QA documentation, tagging specifications, and governance standards.
- Support audits and compliance requirements specific to the banking domain.
Required Skills & Experience
- 24 years of experience in Web Analytics QA .
- Strong hands-on expertise with Adobe Analytics .
- Extensive experience with Tag Management Systems (Adobe Launch, Ensighten, GTM) .
- Strong understanding of JavaScript-based tracking and data layers.
- Experience validating Web SDKbased implementations.
- Familiarity with browser debugging tools (Adobe Experience Platform Debugger, Developer Console, DevTools).
- Exposure to analytics governance and compliance in regulated industries (preferred).
Nice to Have
- Experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP).
- Understanding of consent management and privacy frameworks.
- Banking or financial services domain experience.
