Position Title: Software Engineer

The Role:

In this role, you will work as a Software Engineer you will collaborate with the technology and business team to build technology solutions. You should have strong understanding on Microsoft Technologies includes .net, SQL Server and JavaScript frameworks.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for designing, developing, and implementing mission-critical applications using .NET Framework, SQL, and WebAPI technology stack in an AWS cloud environment.

• Develop robust, scalable, and high-performing production applications to serve a global user base.

• Construct internal systems to support business needs within the Investment domain, ensuring reliability and efficiency.

• Leverage expertise in the domain to address complex requirements and deliver solutions tailored to meet specific business objectives.

• Incorporate new open-source technologies while leveraging existing skills within Managed Portfolios Mumbai, fostering innovation and continuous improvement.

• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices, actively seeking opportunities to enhance the technological capabilities of the organization.

• Collaborate closely with other development teams, business analysts, stakeholders, and QA teams to ensure alignment with project goals and objectives.

• Foster a collaborative environment where ideas are exchanged freely, and collective expertise is leveraged to overcome challenges and drive success.

• Adapt to Agile environments, embracing iterative development methodologies and responding effectively to changing requirements.

• Thrive under pressure, consistently meeting weekly deadlines and delivering high-quality solutions that exceed expectations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Science or equivalent is required. Have at least 4 years of strong experience in Classic ASP, .NET platform, AWS, and building business applications, showing exceptional skills.

• Strong skills in C#/.NET, WebAPI, with a bonus if experienced in making .NET Core apps work on different systems.

• Good at using MS SQL Server, especially in making queries faster and analyzing data. Know well about Web Services, REST, JQuery, SOAP, and JSON.

• Can do Unit Testing and Integration Testing well. Need good communication skills, both written and spoken.

• Able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and have worked with Agile/SCRUM methods. Preferably have experience in making big company apps from scratch.
