Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, or related technical discipline with proven experience coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python
- OR equivalent experience.
- Strong CS fundamentals and exceptional coding skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proven experience in understanding large-scale distributed systems.
- Deep technical knowledge and a strong understanding of system architecture.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
- Strong leadership qualities and the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Commitment to providing exceptional service and maintaining customer trust.
Responsibilities
- Understand a planet scale system, both breadth and depth of how things work is necessary.
- An aptitude for rapid response to incidents and ensure high availability of the service.
- Collaborate closely with technical experts to maintain and enhance system reliability.
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation in system monitoring and issue resolution.
- Develop strategies to mitigate risks and prevent recurrence of issues.
- Exhibit growth mindset, and culture of excellence, and agility.
