Role Title: Fullstack Engineer

Position Summary:

We are seeking an exceptional engineering talent to join our team and lead the design, development, and maintenance of scalable, event-driven cloud-native applications. The ideal candidate is passionate about solving complex problems, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is eager to work with modern technologies and architectural patterns.

This role requires a collaborative engineer who can communicate effectively across teams and organizational levels, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical excellence. As a key contributor, you will design and deliver robust microservices using Java and Spring Boot, integrate with event streaming platforms such as Apache Kafka, and leverage container orchestration and cloud-native tools to build resilient, scalable solutions.

You will have the opportunity to work with a broad set of technologiesincluding Java, Spring Boot, reactive programming, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, and both SQL and NoSQL databaseswhile contributing to the evolution of our microservices and event-driven architecture

Job Responsibilities:

Delivering Technology:

• Performs more complex quantitative and qualitative analyses for service delivery processes and projects.
• Facilitates achievement of expected deliverables and obligations of Services Providers
• Validates completeness of requirements prior to Service Provider solutioning
• Ensures all projects follow the defined development and business case processes
• Ensures proper coordination with appropriate IT and vendor relations teams
• Provides consultation for routine and complex systems development
• Ensures early warning to the business stakeholder executives regarding degraded or missed service levels
• Coordinates with Operations and Infrastructure teams for deployment and production support activities

IT Governance:

Service Provider Management

• Follows all defined IR standards and processes (i.e. IT Governance, SM&G, Architecture, etc.), and provides input for improvements to the appropriate process owners as needed
• Maintains a proper balance between business and operational risk
• Follows the defined project management standards and processes
• Validates that Service Providers develop and manage respective aspects of a project plan, including schedules, deliverables, and appropriate metrics.
• Makes short term plans for the team to effectively utilize resources
• Monitors Service Provider outcomes
• Reviews estimates of work effort for client project provided by Service Providers for accuracy
• Facilitates timely resolution of service delivery problems and minimizes the impact to clients

Skill and Experience:

• 2-4+ years of hands-on experience developing enterprise applications Full stack developer
• 2-4+ years of experience in Microservices using Java and React and JavaScript and CSS
• Databases: SQL Or NoSQL
• Architecture: Microservices, event-driven architecture, REST API design and integration patterns
• Container orchestration: Docker, Kubernetes
• Cloud Platforms: AWS

Education and Certifications:

Work location: Hyderabad, India.

Work mode: Hybrid

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience
