Roles and Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain company-standard UI workflows using ReactJS, Redux, and NodeJS.
Build and enhance Java-based microservices aligned with business requirements.
Implement automated test suites using frameworks such as Jest, Jasmine, Cucumber, and Mockito to ensure code quality and performance.
Work within an Agile framework with bi-weekly sprints and active participation in daily Scrum ceremonies.
Participate in software configuration, release management, and deployment activities.
Collaborate effectively with team members across varying experience levels and functional areas.
Design and consume REST APIs and support microservices-based architecture.
Research and evaluate new technologies to improve API processing and application performance.
Maintain logging and monitoring mechanisms to track application performance and transaction flows.
Deploy applications to AWS and OpenShift platforms using CI/CD pipelines supported by Jenkins.
Conduct and participate in code reviews to ensure maintainability, scalability, and adherence to best practices.

Skills Required:

Strong expertise in Java development and microservices architecture.
Hands-on experience in ReactJS and modern UI development frameworks.
Experience working in Agile environments with Scrum practices.
Proficiency in AWS cloud services and deployment strategies.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools such as Jenkins.
Knowledge of API development and RESTful service integration.
Familiarity with testing frameworks such as Cucumber and Mockito for behavior-driven and unit testing.
Strong understanding of logging, monitoring, and performance optimization techniques.
Ability to drive end-to-end ownership from requirement analysis to production support.

Education: Bachelor's degree in a related technical or business field, or equivalent work experience.
