- ITOM CMDB, Event Management, Discovery, Service Mapping
- Custom Applications Platform expertise, development of 12 custom applications, Service Portal, UI Builder, Workspace, etc.
- IRM (Integrated Risk Management) Policy and Compliance Management, Risk Management, Audit Management, Vendor Risk Management, Continuous Monitoring
Required Skills
- Mandatory Certifications: CSA and CAD
