Software Engineer

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing high-quality applications. They will also be responsible for designing and implementing testable and scalable code.

Experience Required-6-9 years

Work Location- Hyderabad

• Candidates with experience of overall 6 to 9 years into Quality Operations.
• Strong knowledge in Quality Management System (QMS) and Quality Management Control (QMC).
• Extensive experience in Quality audit, RCA preparation, feedback management, SLO adherence monitoring for Quality management.
• Excellent understanding in Dive Deep Analysis which should be inline with Process Improvement & Excellence workaround, should have thorough knowledge and real time experience of Quality tools implementation.
• Good knowledge with regards to Data analysis, Data tracking, Building performance reports.
• Develop and maintain quality control documentation, including inspection reports, quality manuals, and standard operating procedures.
• Define evaluation process for process improvements and create a healthy / competitive environment to drive continuous process improvement ideas/Kaizens across teams.
• Perform root-cause analysis on critical customer escalations and help service delivery teams to address issues /reinforce focus on Service Delivery Excellence.
• Develop business cases based on analyzed data, implement Corrective and Preventive actions (CAPA) to reduce issues with respect to critical business metrics including TAT/Quality/Cost.
• Good to have a basic understanding of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Manage and lead a team of quality auditors, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure consistent performance and adherence to quality standards.
• Drive quality goals, metrics, and Key Performance Indicators to monitor and improve product quality, process and overall product efficiency.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to identify and resolve quality-related issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal impact on production schedules.
