Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Quality Analysts and Process Specialists
• Own end-to-end Quality Assurance programs and SLAs
• Drive audits, KPIs, and continuous quality improvements
• Partner with Operations, Training, and Clients to enhance customer value
• Identify process gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities
• Build strong feedback loops and promote a culture of quality excellence

Experience & Qualifications

• 15+ years overall experience
• 45+ years in Process Excellence / Quality Management
• 5+ years managing QA programs in a client-driven environment
• Six Sigma Black Belt (preferred)
• Exposure to ISO / ITIL / CMMI standards is a plus
