Your Impact
Common Services Platform Engineering provides the basic building blocks for the Cisco Security Cloud. As a Software Engineer, you will help us in our continuous mission to make our products work together seamlessly, creating a fantastic user experience for our customers and other stake holders within Cisco. You will tackle challenges with a new lens and iterate with a passion for improvement. Problem-solving and innovating will be the name of the game.
- You build and manage high available, reliable and scalable microservices for a central platform component.
- Contribute to quality and timely deliveries.
- Manage, run, enhance CI/CD pipelines.
- Maintain high code quality.
- Contribute to POCs.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Good understanding of data structures
- 2+ years developing and deploying microservices using GoLang, REST.
- Experience of popular AWS services, including but not limited to DynamoDB, API Gateway.
Preferred Qualifications:
- You are empathetic and smile a lot.
- You are curious and fun to work with.
- You have exceptional problem-solving skills with strong written and verbal communication abilities and attention to detail.
- Experience in OAuth 2 and OIDC.
- Experience with CI/CD, terraform.
