About the Role:

We at Engineering Industries Excellence are looking for motivated and detail-oriented Junior ServiceNow Consultants to join our growing ServiceNow team. You will support both project delivery and Application Maintenance (AM) activities for Italian and international clients, contributing to digital transformation initiatives across multiple industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure, customize, and support ServiceNow workflows, primarily within ITSM, HRSD, and related modules
• Assist in requirements gathering sessions and translate business needs into functional solutions
• Support system testing activities (unit testing, UAT support)
• Prepare and maintain functional and technical documentation
• Troubleshoot incidents and resolve issues in line with SLA requirements
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and platform optimization

Required Qualifications

• Knowledge of ServiceNow with 3 years of hands-on experience
• Familiarity with IT service management processes
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Good communication skills
• English proficiency (written and spoken)
