Location: Bangalore-Manyata Tech Park

Business & Team: You will be part of a dynamic team within CBA, focused on delivering top-notch web applications and content management solutions using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Adobe Launch, AEP, Adobe Dynamic Media, Adobe Analytics

You will collaborate with a team of skilled developers ,and stakeholders to create and maintain high-quality AEM solutions. Our team values innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement


Impact &contribution:  

Working in the CommBank AEM team, you will play an integral role as an engineer, bringing to life digital experiences that surprise and delight our customers across website and email channels. You will deliver on business outcomes for new customer acquisition and engagement.

Roles & responsibilities

  • Have to work closely with business stakeholders, digital experience managers, content producers, content writers, developers, system administrators, project managers, business analysts and end users to build a state-of-the-art Digital Platform using Adobe's Experience Manager and Adobe’s Experience Platform Product Suite.
  • Design efficient content models, security models, workflows and templates.
  • Develop AEM templates and components leveraging current AEM software releases.   
  • Employ strong coding standards for efficiency, readability and reuse.
  • Define common business and development processes, platform and tools usage for AEM Platform solutions and delivery.
  • Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability and general reliability.
  • Should be able to work on bug fixing and improving application performance.
  • Continuously discover, evaluate and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.
  • Continuously monitor the website and platform for performance, security, and incidents and respond to those issues, risks, and incidents to meet SLAs.
  • Knowledge of Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Delivery (CD)

Essential skills:

  • 3 – 8 years of Experience implementing web solutions using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). AEM 6.0 and later required. Having experience in AEM Managed Services and AEM Cloud Service.
  • Knowledge of AEM Tech Stack :- OSGI , Sling and JCR
  • Design, develop, support AEM components and templates, Sling Jobs, Sling Servlets, workflows, Schedulers and applications.
  • Experience integrating Adobe Launch/AEP, Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics, data layer, and other third-party advertising tags (e.g. google, meta) into websites.
  • Experience with HTML 5,JSP, SIGHTLY, CSS, JavaScript/jquery, Angular JS, and React frameworks.  
  • Experience in working with and developing single page application frameworks (SPA) websites.
  • Experience in headless websites, creation of experience fragments (Adobe HTML offers), and content fragments (JSON offers), and the integration of these offers across websites, and mobile applications.
  • Experience with RESTful and SOAP-based web services.
  • Experience with most of the modern project management, CI, CD and team collaboration tools – JIRA, Confluence, TeamCity , GIT ,SONAR etc.
  • Understanding of Agile (Scrum), project planning, execution, risk management and resource management.

Education Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology
