Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Software Engineer with 5 to 8 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in MS SQL Server Salesforce WebServices Unix Linux Commands and .NET. This role involves working in a hybrid model with rotational shifts and may require travel. The candidate will contribute to the development and maintenance of software applications ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain software applications using MS SQL Server Salesforce WebServices Unix Linux Commands and .NET.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define design and ship new features.Ensure the performance quality and responsiveness of applications.Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.Help maintain code quality organization and automation.Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge with the team.Work in rotational shifts to provide 24/7 support for critical applications.Travel as required to meet with clients and stakeholders.Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.Contribute to the continuous improvement of the development process.Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
Qualifications
Possess strong experience in MS SQL Server Salesforce WebServices Unix Linux Commands and .NET.Have a minimum of 5 years and a maximum of 8 years of relevant experience.Demonstrate excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Show proficiency in writing clean maintainable and efficient code.Exhibit strong communication and collaboration skills.Display the ability to work in a hybrid model and rotational shifts.Be willing to travel as required.Have a strong understanding of software development life cycle and best practices.Show commitment to continuous learning and improvement.Demonstrate the ability to work independently and as part of a team.Possess a bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field.Have experience with agile development methodologies.Show a proactive approach to identifying and solving problems.
