    • We are seeking a skilled Software Engineer with 3 to 6 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AWS React JS SQL Spring Boot Java JavaScript and MySQL. Experience in Medicare & Medicaid Claims Claims and Payer domains is mandatory. This is a hybrid work model with day shifts and no travel requirements.


    Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain high-quality software solutions using AWS React JS SQL Spring Boot Java JavaScript and MySQL.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design develop and implement new features and enhancements.
  • Ensure the performance quality and responsiveness of applications by conducting thorough testing and debugging.
  • Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge with team members.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for production issues ensuring minimal downtime and quick resolution.
  • Implement best practices for software development including coding standards code reviews source control management build processes and testing.
  • Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the development process by identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the team is using the most effective tools and techniques.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation for new and existing software solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies in all software development activities.
  • Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on best practices and technical challenges.
  • Collaborate with the QA team to ensure comprehensive test coverage and high-quality releases.

    • Qualifications

  • Possess a strong understanding of AWS React JS SQL Spring Boot Java JavaScript and MySQL.
  • Have experience in the Medicare & Medicaid Claims Claims and Payer domains.
  • Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Exhibit strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Show a proactive approach to learning and staying current with industry trends and technologies.
  • Have a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions on time and within budget.
  • Display a strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing clean maintainable code.
