Software Engineer

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Backend Developer with strong expertise in TypeScript, JavaScript, Node.js, GraphQL , and hands-on experience working with Kubernetes and AWS (AWS Connect preferred) . The ideal candidate will be responsible for building high-performance backend services and integrating cloud-native solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend services using Node.js , TypeScript , and JavaScript .
• Design and implement scalable GraphQL APIs for internal and external integrations.
• Deploy, manage, and scale applications using Kubernetes .
• Work with AWS services , including AWS Connect , for cloud-based workflows and integrations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver robust backend solutions.
• Optimize application performance, reliability, and security.
• Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and best-practice implementation.
• Troubleshoot production issues and ensure smooth deployment cycles.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in Node.js , TypeScript , and JavaScript .
• Expertise in building and managing GraphQL APIs .
• Experience with Kubernetes for container orchestration.
• Knowledge of AWS services , especially AWS Connect .
• Understanding of REST APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud-native development.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, etc.).
• Strong debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills.
