ServiceNow HAM & SAM Developer:

Key responsibilities include:

- Leading and managing the complete hardware asset lifecycle and Software asset cycle, covering procurement, deployment, maintenance, and disposal.

- Utilizing ServiceNow HAM Pro & SAM pro to automate asset tracking and management workflows, ensuring accurate inventory records.

- Collaborating with cross-departmental teams to maintain physical IT hardware accuracy and compliance.

- Developing and maintaining asset management policies and procedures to ensure data integrity and alignment with ITSM processes.

- Performing regular asset audits, managing vendor relationships, and providing actionable insights through HAM dashboards and reports.

Ideal candidates will have extensive experience in Hardware Asset Management and Software Asset Management proficiency with ServiceNow HAM Pro and SAM Pro and its workflow integrations, and a strong understanding of ITIL-based asset lifecycle management principles.
