What Youll Do

• Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services using Python + Django.
• Work closely with the product team to design features, architect systems, and develop new applications from scratch.
• Contribute to early-stage technology decisions and help shape our microservices-based platform.
• Review code, share knowledge, and help elevate engineering standards across the team.
• Collaborate in an environment that values openness, ownership, and continuous learning.

What You Bring

• Hands-on experience in a product or SaaS environment.
• Strong proficiency in Python and Django (must-have).
• Solid understanding of REST APIs, event-driven architectures, and microservices.
• Experience with cloud services (AWS preferred).
• Curiosity, ownership, and a drive to build meaningful products.
• Strong communication skills and fluent English.
