Job Description:

Responsibilities:

Configure and customize ServiceNow IRM modules (Policy & Compliance, Risk Management, Audit Management, Vendor Risk Management).

Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Develop workflows, business rules, UI policies, and integrations within the ServiceNow platform.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

35 years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration, with a focus on IRM/GRC modules.

Strong understanding of risk management principles and compliance frameworks.

Proficiency in JavaScript, ServiceNow scripting, and REST/SOAP integrations.

Experience with ServiceNow reporting and performance analytics.

Knowledge of ServiceNow architecture and best practices.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
