We're looking for a software engineer to own and build AI-powered internal tools and client-facing applications. You'll be working directly with the founding team on greenfield projects, not maintaining legacy code.

Internal tools that make our team dramatically more effective

What we're looking for

Strong AI/LLM experience you've built production RAG systems, agentic workflows, or LLM-powered applications. Familiar with orchestration frameworks, embeddings, and tool use patterns. This is the core of the role.

Comfortable across the stack can ship a full feature from React/Next.js frontend to Python backend to database

Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, serverless, containers) and can make pragmatic build vs. buy decisions

Familiar with modern data patterns relational DBs, vector stores, ORMs

Self-directed we're a small team, you'll have a lot of ownership

Good taste you care about UX, clean code, and shipping things that actually work

3-5 years of professional software engineering experience bonus points if some of that was at an early-stage startup. We care more about what you've shipped than how long you've been doing it.
