Qualifications:
- Experience: BE/BTech with 2-6 years of professional front-end development and design experience, with a focus on Optimizely (Episerver)
Must have Skills :
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and frameworks such as React, Angular
- Experienced in Optimizely Content Management Systems & capabilities.
- Experience with Optimizely A/B testing, personalization, and optimization features.
- Experience with prototyping and design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch
- Knowledge of SEO best practices, performance optimization, and accessibility standards.
- Ability to translate design wireframes and prototypes into fully functioning web interfaces
Desired Skills:
- Experience working with other CMS platforms like WordPress, Sitecore, or Drupal.
- Communication & Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with designers, developers, and stakeholders across departments.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot front-end and CMS-related issues, offering solutions quickly and effectively.
- Attention to Detail: Keen eye for design aesthetics, pixel-perfect accuracy, and UX/UI considerations
Key Responsibilities:
- Design & Development: Develop high-quality, responsive websites and web applications with a focus on seamless user experience, aesthetics, and functionality.
- Optimizely Implementation: Leverage Optimizely CMS and personalization features to build, optimize, and maintain digital platforms, ensuring best practices in content management.
- UI/UX Collaboration: Work closely with UI/UX designers to bring mockups and wireframes to life, ensuring designs translate well into functioning interfaces.
- Optimization & A/B Testing: Utilize Optimizely's A/B testing and optimization tools to improve site performance, enhance user engagement, and drive conversions.
- Cross-Functional Teamwork: Collaborate with marketing, design, and back-end development teams to ensure alignment on project goals and efficient implementation.
- Code & Performance Optimization: Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks while optimizing performance across all devices.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve front-end issues in production environments, ensuring a seamless user experience.
- CMS Training & Support: Assist content managers and marketing teams in managing and optimizing content within the Optimizely CMS platform
