As a Software Development Senior Manager at OCI, you’ll work alongside driven, innovative professionals in a dynamic environment built for belonging and success. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience designing, building, and deploying distributed, cloud-scale solutions, combined with strong leadership and the desire to continuously learn and collaborate.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience
• At least 10–12 years in the industry, including 5+ years in a management role
• Proven expertise in developing and running large-scale, highly available, cloud-based distributed systems
• Strong background in OS fundamentals, data models, and distributed storage technologies
• Deep understanding of modern security principles and best practices
• Proficiency in the full software development lifecycle, as well as troubleshooting and performance optimization
• Experience with public cloud services and infrastructure as code (e.g., Terraform is a plus)
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Computer Science
• Experience in Cloud Engineering Infrastructure Development
• Startup or Agile/SCRUM environment experience
• Hands-on experience with containerization, virtualization, and fleet orchestration
• Familiarity with networking protocols and building secure solutions
