We’re hiring a Senior Software Development Manager to lead multiple engineering teams building and operating highly available services and applications. In this role, you will shape technology strategy, grow engineering leaders, and drive execution across complex, cross-functional initiatives. You’ll also play a pivotal role in accelerating responsible adoption of AI-based tools and practices to improve developer productivity and product quality while maintaining the rigor required for healthcare and enterprise environments.
