Software Development Snr Manager

As a Senior Software Development Manager, you will be leading a team to design, build, test, deploy and operate highly scalable services for Oracle Cloud Infrastructure’s Cryptography division (Key Management & Secrets Service). You should also be able to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment, be results-driven, and thrive even when faced with ambiguity and uncertainty. You should be an expert communicator to both technical and non-technical stakeholders in multiple locations around the globe.

You will be required to interact with other functional peer group managers in our organization. You will interact with senior management on project status and technical roadmap.

Required Experience

• BS or MS degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• 7+ years of experience delivering and supporting highly available SaaS/PaaS services
• 1-4+ years of people management experience with an engineering team
• Working experience in Security/Cryptography domain
• Ability to work in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment
• Working familiarity with scrum/agile processes
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely to all audiences.
