Summary: As a Software Development Lead, you will be responsible for developing and configuring software systems either end-to-end or for a specific stage of the product lifecycle. You will apply your knowledge of technologies, applications, methodologies, processes, and tools to support clients, projects, or entities. Your typical day will involve collaborating with the team to design and implement software solutions, ensuring the quality and efficiency of the development process, and providing technical guidance and support to team members. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Collaborate with the team to design and implement software solutions. - Ensure the quality and efficiency of the development process. - Provide technical guidance and support to team members. - Stay updated with the latest technologies and industry trends. - Identify and address technical challenges and roadblocks. - Assist in the evaluation and selection of software tools and technologies. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE ENOVIA Customization. - Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices. - Experience in developing and configuring software systems. - Knowledge of technologies, applications, and tools relevant to the project. - Experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Agile development methodologies. - Familiarity with version control systems such as Git or SVN. - Experience in working with cross-functional teams. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE ENOVIA Customization. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A BE or BTech or Equivalent degree is required.
