Summary: As a Software Development Lead, you will be responsible for developing and configuring software systems for a specific stage of the product lifecycle. Your typical day will involve applying your knowledge of technologies, applications, methodologies, processes, and tools to support a client, project, or entity in the Packaged Application Development job family group. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the development and configuration of software systems for a specific stage of the product lifecycle in the Packaged Application Development job family group. - Apply knowledge of technologies, applications, methodologies, processes, and tools to support a client, project, or entity. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of software systems. - Communicate technical findings effectively to stakeholders, utilizing data visualization tools for clarity. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Experience in SAP PP Production Planning & Control Process Industries. - Good To Have Skills: Knowledge of other SAP modules such as MM, SD, and QM. - Strong understanding of software development methodologies and processes. - Experience with software development tools such as JIRA, Git, and Jenkins. - Experience with Agile development methodologies. - Solid grasp of software testing methodologies, including unit testing, integration testing, and system testing. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in SAP PP Production Planning & Control Process Industries. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful software solutions. - This position is based at our Gurugram office.
