Summary: As a Software Development Lead, you will be responsible for developing and configuring software systems either end-to-end or for a specific stage of the product lifecycle. You will apply your knowledge of technologies, applications, methodologies, processes, and tools to support clients, projects, or entities. This role requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in Snowflake Data Warehouse and is based in Bhubaneswar. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and test software systems. - Lead and mentor a team of software developers to ensure high-quality deliverables. - Identify and resolve technical issues and bugs in a timely manner. - Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation in software development. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Snowflake Data Warehouse. - Strong understanding of software development methodologies and processes. - Experience in designing and developing scalable and high-performance software systems. - Hands-on experience with programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++. - Experience with database technologies such as SQL and NoSQL. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Snowflake Data Warehouse. - This position is based in Bhubaneswar. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
