Summary: As a Software Development Lead, you will be responsible for developing and configuring software systems either end-to-end or for a specific stage of the product lifecycle. You will apply your knowledge of technologies, applications, methodologies, processes, and tools to support clients, projects, or entities. Your role will involve leading a team of software developers and ensuring the successful delivery of projects. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Lead a team of software developers and provide guidance and support. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliverables. - Design, develop, and test software applications and systems. - Ensure the quality and performance of software deliverables. - Troubleshoot and debug software issues and provide timely resolutions. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. - Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Snowflake Data Warehouse. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with cloud-based data platforms. - Strong understanding of database concepts and SQL. - Experience with ETL processes and data integration. - Knowledge of data modeling and schema design. - Familiarity with data warehousing and business intelligence concepts. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 0-2 years of experience in Snowflake Data Warehouse. - This position is based at our Mumbai office. - 15 years of full-time education is required.
