Summary: As a Software Development Lead, you will be responsible for developing and configuring software systems throughout the product lifecycle. You will apply your knowledge of technologies, applications, methodologies, processes, and tools to support clients and projects. Your role will involve managing and leading a team to ensure successful software development and delivery. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead and mentor a team of software developers. - Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope. - Design, develop, and test software applications. - Ensure software quality and adherence to coding standards. - Manage project timelines and deliverables. - Identify and resolve technical issues and risks. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. - Provide technical guidance and support to team members. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP MM Materials Management with MRP experience. - Strong understanding of software development methodologies and processes. - Experience in end-to-end software development lifecycle. - Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python. - Familiarity with database management systems. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP modules such as SD or FI. - Experience with agile development methodologies. - Knowledge of cloud computing platforms. - Understanding of software testing and quality assurance. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP MM Materials Management. - This position is based at our Indore office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
