Your typical day will involve leading the team, designing and developing software assets, and ensuring quality and innovation. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead cross-functional product development teams to design, develop and enhance software assets that meet or exceed internal and external(customer) expectations, and meet product functionality, cost and delivery schedules. - Apply knowledge to create an environment that fosters accountability, quality, commitment, growth and innovation. - Support the sales process as needed by participating in the solution design. - Design and develop software assets using Salesforce Development. - Ensure quality and innovation in the software development process. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Development. - Good To Have Skills: Experience in leading cross-functional product development teams. - Strong understanding of software development methodologies. - Experience in designing and developing software assets. - Experience in ensuring quality and innovation in the software development process. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce Development. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
