Summary: As a Software Development Lead, you will be responsible for developing and configuring software systems either end-to-end or for a specific stage of the product lifecycle. You will apply your knowledge of technologies, applications, methodologies, processes, and tools to support clients, projects, or entities. Your typical day will involve collaborating with the team, making team decisions, engaging with multiple teams, and providing solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams. You will also contribute to key decisions and ensure the successful execution of projects. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME - Collaborate and manage the team to perform - Responsible for team decisions - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams - Lead the development and configuration of software systems - Ensure the successful execution of projects - Contribute to the improvement of processes and methodologies Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft SharePoint Administration - Good To Have Skills: Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS - Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices - Experience in designing and implementing scalable and secure software systems - Knowledge of database management systems and SQL - Familiarity with web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Microsoft SharePoint Administration - This position is based at our Hyderabad office - A 15 years full-time education is required Summary: As a Microsoft SharePoint Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting the operations and managing delivery for production systems and Online services based on operational requirements and service agreement. Your typical day will involve working with Microsoft SharePoint Administration, SharePoint On-Prem support, Online & OneDrive along with the migration and implementation tools. Roles & Responsibilities:- Manage and support Microsoft SharePoint Administration, including installation, configuration, and maintenance of SharePoint farms and servers. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth migration and implementation of SharePoint and other cloud-based systems. - Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SharePoint and related systems, including Microsoft Azure Active Directory. - Ensure compliance with security and data protection policies and procedures wrt SharePoint & OneDrive, including disaster recovery and business continuity planning. - Manage and support SharePoint Online & Onedrive set-up, configurations and L2/L3 BAU support. Professional & Technical Skills:- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft SharePoint Administration. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft Azure Active Directory. - Strong understanding of SharePoint/Onedrive migration and implementation tools and processes. - Experience with disaster recovery and business continuity planning. - Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. - Basic understanding on Yammer/Teams/Exchange Online will be an Add-on. - Well conversant with PowerShell.
