Summary: As a Software Development Lead, you will be responsible for developing and configuring software systems either end-to-end or for a specific stage of the product lifecycle. You will apply your knowledge of technologies, applications, methodologies, processes, and tools to support clients, projects, or entities. Your typical day will involve collaborating with the team, making team decisions, engaging with multiple teams, and providing solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams. You will also contribute to key decisions and ensure the successful performance of the team. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME - Collaborate and manage the team to perform - Responsible for team decisions - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams - Lead the development and configuration of software systems - Ensure adherence to project timelines and deliverables - Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand project objectives Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Amazon Web Services (AWS) - Good To Have Skills: Experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or Google Cloud Platform - Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices - Experience with agile development methodologies - Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++ - Familiarity with database management systems - Ability to troubleshoot and debug software issues - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Amazon Web Services (AWS) - This position is based at our Kolkata office - A 15 years full-time education is required
