Summary We are seeking a highly experienced Lead Engineer to drive the design, development, and deployment of our AI/ML-powered smart product. This full stack leadership role requires deep expertise in .NET backend development, React front-end engineering, and implementing robust monitoring and observability solutions on Microsoft Azure. You will lead technical strategy, mentor engineers, and ensure the delivery of scalable, high-quality, and highly available applications. Technical experience and professional attributes: • Strong proficiency in .NET Core / .NET Framework and C# for backend services. • Expert-level skills in React.js and modern front-end development (JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3). • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure services including Azure App Services, Azure Functions, Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Azure Monitor, and Application Insights. • Proven experience designing and implementing monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions for cloud-native applications. • Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and secure authentication/authorization (OAuth, JWT). • Experience leading engineering teams, conducting code reviews, and driving best practices. • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle complex technical challenges. • Excellent communication skills and experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. • Experience with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar. • Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes). • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. • Experience with data visualization libraries and front-end performance optimization. • Exposure to AI/ML model deployment and monitoring. • Certifications in Azure or relevant cloud technologies. • Experience mentoring junior engineers and fostering a culture of continuous learning. Educational Qualifications: • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. • 8+ years of professional experience in full stack software development.
