Summary: As a Software Development Lead, you will be responsible for developing and configuring software systems either end-to-end or for a specific stage of the product lifecycle. You will apply your knowledge of technologies, applications, methodologies, processes, and tools to support a client, project, or entity. Your typical day will involve collaborating with the team to design and implement software solutions, ensuring the quality and efficiency of the development process, and providing technical guidance and support to team members. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Collaborate with the team to design and implement software solutions. - Ensure the quality and efficiency of the development process. - Provide technical guidance and support to team members. - Stay updated with the latest technologies and industry trends. - Identify and address technical issues and risks proactively. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BASIS Administration. - Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices. - Experience in configuring and maintaining SAP systems. - Knowledge of SAP security and authorization concepts. - Experience in performance tuning and troubleshooting of SAP systems. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP BASIS Administration. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
