Summary: As a Software Development Lead, you will be responsible for developing and configuring software systems, applying knowledge of technologies, methodologies, and tools to support clients or projects. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Lead and mentor a team of developers to ensure project success. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development. - Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture. - Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Hands-on experience with frameworks like Spring Boot and Angular. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
