Summary: As a Software Development Lead, you will be responsible for developing and configuring software systems either end-to-end or for a specific stage of the product lifecycle. You will apply your knowledge of technologies, applications, methodologies, processes, and tools to support clients, projects, or entities. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing requirements, designing solutions, and overseeing the development process to ensure high-quality software delivery. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements and design software solutions. - Oversee the development process and ensure high-quality software delivery. - Lead and mentor junior developers, providing guidance and support. - Stay updated with the latest technologies, applications, and methodologies in software development. - Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in AWS Glue. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with AWS Redshift. - Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and AWS services. - Experience in designing and developing scalable and reliable software applications. - Hands-on experience with data integration and ETL processes using AWS Glue. - Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and experience with AWS Redshift. - Familiarity with serverless architecture and microservices. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in AWS Glue. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years of full-time education is required.15 years of full time education
