Summary: As a Software Development Lead, you will be responsible for developing and configuring software systems either end-to-end or for a specific stage of the product lifecycle. You will apply your knowledge of technologies, applications, methodologies, processes, and tools to support clients, projects, or entities. Your typical day will involve leading a team of developers, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring the successful delivery of software solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Lead a team of developers and provide guidance and support. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand project objectives. - Design, develop, and test software solutions using Node.js. - Ensure the successful delivery of software projects within the defined timelines. - Identify and resolve technical issues and bugs in the software. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers. Professional & Technical Skills: - - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Node.js. - - Strong understanding of software development principles and best practices. - - Experience with designing and developing scalable and secure web applications. - - Knowledge of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture. - - Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Node.js. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
