Summary: As a Software Development Lead, you will be responsible for developing and configuring software systems using Servicenow Tools Administration. Your typical day will involve working with clients, applying knowledge of technologies, methodologies, processes, and tools to support the project or entity. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the development and configuration of software systems using Servicenow Tools Administration. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of software systems. - Apply knowledge of technologies, applications, methodologies, processes, and tools to support the project or entity. - Communicate technical findings effectively to stakeholders, utilizing data visualization tools for clarity. - Stay updated with the latest advancements in Servicenow Tools Administration, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Experience in Servicenow Tools Administration. - Good To Have Skills: Knowledge of other ITSM tools. - Strong understanding of software development methodologies and processes. - Experience with Agile development methodologies. - Experience with ITIL processes and best practices. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Servicenow Tools Administration. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful software solutions. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.NA
